Call for Emergency Services
Absolute Water Technologies designs, installs, and services high-purity water systems for hospitals, surgery centers, dialysis facilities, and labs across the Kansas City metro.
Healthcare facilities and labs in Kansas City face the same water quality challenges as any major metro – aging infrastructure, inconsistent municipal feed water, and increasingly strict regulatory requirements. We handle the water treatment side so your clinical and operational teams don’t have to.
We serve hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, dialysis clinics, sterile processing departments, pharmaceutical labs, and research facilities throughout the Kansas City area, including the Missouri and Kansas sides of the metro.
Our work covers everything from initial system design and installation to ongoing testing, preventative maintenance, and compliance documentation. One call covers the full scope.
We offer a full range of high-purity and medical water treatment services for Kansas City facilities.
We design centralized high-purity water systems sized for your facility – from single-department point-of-use to campus-wide distribution loops. Every system is engineered to your feed water conditions and application requirements.
Sterile processing departments in Kansas City hospitals and surgery centers are under increasing pressure to meet ST108 requirements. We assess your current system, identify gaps, and provide a clear remediation plan. No guesswork.
We perform water testing for bacteria, endotoxin (LAL), total organic carbon, conductivity, and more.
Scheduled maintenance keeps your system running within spec and prevents microbial growth in distribution loops. We use chemical and ozone-based disinfection options depending on your system configuration. Response times are guaranteed around the clock.
We design and service CMS-compliant central dialysis water systems and support portable RO machines, wall boxes, and bicarbonate distribution. Our team understands the AAMI RD52 and CMS requirements that dialysis facilities operate under.
We install and service ultra-pure lab water systems for research, pharmaceutical, and biotech facilities in the Kansas City area. We support ELGA, Millipore, and Sartorius systems, and can customize service programs to your budget and application.
ANSI/AAMI ST108 sets the requirements for water used in medical device reprocessing. The standard covers water quality, system design, loop configuration, testing frequency, and documentation. Facilities that haven’t evaluated their systems against ST108 are likely carrying compliance gaps they don’t know about yet.
Facilities that haven’t updated their sterile processing water systems in the last several years are frequently out of alignment with current ST108 requirements. The standard was significantly revised, and systems designed before 2023 may not meet the current requirements for loop velocity, disinfection, filtration, or documentation.
Quality Incentive Programs (QIPs) can affect reimbursement when compliance issues surface during surveys. Identifying and correcting gaps before a survey costs far less than managing findings after one.
We bring ST108 education directly to your facility or engineering firm. Our sessions cover the standard’s requirements, how they apply to system design, and what facilities need to do to maintain compliance. Approved for continuing education credit.
We work with facility managers, sterile processing directors, biomedical engineers, infection preventionists, and plant operations teams across the Kansas City metro.
Central sterile, OR, endoscopy, and dialysis water systems for acute care facilities.
ST108-compliant water systems for instrument reprocessing in outpatient surgical settings.
CMS-compliant central RO systems and portable machine support for outpatient dialysis.
USP-WFI and ultra-pure water systems for research, manufacturing, and QC applications.
High-purity lab water for university, government, and private research operations.
Design support, specifications, and ST108 education for MEP engineers specifying healthcare water systems.
Absolute Water Technologies holds inaugural membership on the AAMI/ANSI ST108 committee and chaired key subcommittees for TIR 119. We don’t interpret the standard from the outside – we understand how it was written and what it’s intended to accomplish in practice.
Design, installation, testing, maintenance, documentation, and staff education – all under one contract. You don’t need to coordinate between a design firm, an equipment vendor, and a service contractor.
Our team has designed more than 300 high-purity water systems and reviewed several hundred more for ST108 and TIR 34 compliance. That field experience directly informs every system we specify.
Water system failures in healthcare settings don’t wait for business hours. We guarantee response times around the clock and carry OEM replacement parts to minimize downtime when issues come up.
Every visit, test result, and alarm event is logged in Absolute Water Reports. Audit-ready documentation is available to your team at any time through the customer portal.
We hold active memberships in KCAHE, MOSHE, regional HSPA chapters, APIC, ASPE, and ASHE. We’re in the same rooms as your facility engineers, infection preventionists, and sterile processing directors.
Use the form to request a site evaluation, ask about a specific system, or schedule a Lunch & Learn for your facility or engineering firm. We’ll get back to you within one business day.
